• MHLTA will provide you with all relevant handbooks, presentation and other tools to deliver quality training for your students. Once we approved you as a training provider we will also make a special webinar for you and your trainers.
• MHLTA will prepare exam for you in few formats. It is up to you whether you will chose an oral exam.
• Your own courses could be approved by MHLTA. The only thing you need to do, is to allow us to assess your materials and delivery method, if it meets MHLTA standards, we will issue a “special course” certification for one of your courses.

Fleet Operations Supervisor Training

MHE (Forklift, Reach Truck & Powered Pallet Truck) Fleet Operations Supervisor Training developed by In-Source Options Sdn Bhd is an international approach to supervisor training, with an emphasis on the different aspects of Logistics Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operations. Its aim is to retrain and up-skill individuals to plan, coordinate and supervise operations involving MHEs (Forklift, Reach Truck & Powered Pallet Truck).

From the influence on the behaviour change of the individuals, the training is able to up-skill MHE Personnel (Forklift Truck, Reach Truck & Powered Pallet Truck) and Fleet Supervisors in terms of their roles and responsibilities from the aspect of characteristics and behaviour thus improving the know-how of the productivity of the operations which will improve their employability in the marketplace.

Further to that, the training is to enhance, improve and up-skill the knowledge of the retrenched workers to efficiently supervise and manage their team i.e. Warehouse Personnel, MHE (Forklift Truck, Reach Truck & Powered Pallet Truck) Personnel the correct methodology in managing and utilizing their MHE assets thus indirectly protecting the assets of the organization (i.e. Material Handling Equipment, Raw Goods, Finished Goods, Machineries and Human Capital) which will also eliminate downtime and increase productivity of the organization.

This up-skilling programme will focus on the 3 major Material Handling Equipment (MHE) machines as described under the Factory and Machinery Act 1967 of Malaysia.

Logistics is a very critical link in a supply chain, for it plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective forward, and reverse flow of goods and services.
